The game is a fun enough proof of concept, but the control on the ship being imprecise screws the player who tries to dodge past half-broken rings. There's also not nearly enough power to get through, with all upgrades stopping the player in the green rings.
very fun even though it was very laggy (5 frames a second usually, but sometimes 7 if the shards are still loading) an option to disable the background might help, it seems like it's moving? and moving backgrounds have a tendency to be super laggy for some reason
i used firefox, windows 10, and my cpu (which i will admit is quite bad since its fairly old) is an intel i5-2400
i also don't have a dedicated gpu, which affects how games run a LOT (and the cpu graphics drivers haven't gotten a new update since 2016, so a lot of newer games just wont run period,,)
The browser version is considerably more demanding so yeah your setup seems like a bad match, a desktop version is in the works which should run decently better on your end!
overall super well made and super fun, although I did get stuck and wasnt able to figure out how to get to the yellowed layers, if thats just a product of needing a bigger upgrade tree then so far its awesome!
Thanks a bunch! Yeah the tree needs lots of work still so you can't really "finish" the game as of yet. Going to expand the tree and add a few new weapons soon-ish!

You get stuck at the end

Thanks for giving it a go and for letting me know about the performance! It's most likely the object count (shards) which is fairly high.
Could you let me know what browser / cpu / OS you used to run the game ?

Needs more upgrades, and a "limitless" upgrade or two...
Thanks for the feedback! Definitely more stuff coming soon, bigger upgrade tree and more weapons!

Cool concept. I'm looking forward to seeing this one finished!
Thanks a lot! updates coming soon!
Nice and solid for a prototype. Looking forward to seeing the full game!
Thanks a bunch!
a good base, I look forward to where it goes next
Thanks for giving it a spin, working on upgrade tree and some new weapons systems.
That was quite fun. Just too short (I know it is just a prototype.)
Thanks! working a bit on the concept as a whole, might add more content very soon
